Commercial forest definition
Commercial forest or "commercial forestland" means forestland that is determined to be a commercial forest under section 51104.
Commercial forest means forest land which is producing or capable of producing crops of industrial wood. This includes areas suitable for management to grow crops of industrial wood of a site quality capable of producing in excess of twenty cubic feet per acre of annual growth; and
