Commercial Facility Agent definition
Commercial Facility Agent means the New York branch of DNB Bank ASA, or any successor to it appointed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Commercial Facility Agent and "EXIM" shall where the context permits include their respective successors, transferees and permitted assigns and any persons deriving title under them. All references herein to "EXIM" shall be construed, where the context permits, so as to include a reference to EXIM as an assignee or transferee of the Lenders as a result of any assignment or transfer by the Lenders to EXIM pursuant to the EXIM Guarantee.
Commercial Facility Agent means ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Shanghai Branch, as facility agent under the Commercial Loan Agreement.
