Commercial Envelope definition

Commercial Envelope means an area in OTP where the Proponent would upload its completed Commercial Response;
Commercial Envelope means Section 2 of the RFB, as set out on the Ontario Tenders Portal eTendering System.
Commercial Envelope means the location in the DSP where Tender Deliverables must be submitted as set out in Table C.1 (Tender Deliverable Checklist) of Annex C (Guidance to Tenderers);
