Commercial Energy definition

Commercial Energy means the Energy Output delivered by the Seller to the Buyer during the Operating Period;

More Definitions of Commercial Energy

Commercial Energy means the Net Energy Output (expressed in kWh) measured at the PUC and delivered by the Seller to the Delivery Point and purchased or to be purchased by the Buyer during the Operating Period;

  • Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first 5 years following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWhs”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWhs, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority and (b) “Total Annual Energy” means the sum of all Parties’ Annual Energy Use.
