Commercial Building Contractor definition
Commercial Building Contractor means a contractor being categorized by the Board for the execution of contracts requiring experience, knowledge and skills in the construction of public, assembly, industrial and commercial buildings of height not to exceed three storeys and of a size not greater than fifteen thousand square feet under roof or the remoldeling, repair or improvement of a residential building of any size;
