Commercial Branch definition

Commercial Branch means the branch designated in Schedule 4 responsible for issuing amendments or changes to the Contract.

  • The Contractor shall then await further instructions and if it is decided to proceed with the repair, the Commercial Branch will authorise the Contractor accordingly.

  • Where the Cumulative limit of liability identified above reaches 75% of the total, the Contractor shall notify the Authority’s Commercial Branch.

  • The Authority’s Commercial Branch shall sent the Contractor a Tasking Form (Annex A) requesting a quotation for the work detailed in Part A of the form on a without commitment basis.
