  • Other than as stipulated herein or as may be otherwise agreed upon by the Parties, title to the Products hereby supplied shall be transferred to PRINCIPAL upon delivery thereof by CONTRACTORS, risk of loss being transferred upon the Commercial Activation of each Network Element, other than in the case of intellectual property owned by CONTRACTORS, as provided for in this AGREEMENT.
