Examples of Commercial Acceptance in a sentence
For a period of ten (10) years from the applicable Date of Provisional Acceptance or Date of Commercial Acceptance of the System whichever is earlier, the Contractor will make available to the Purchaser replacement parts and repair service for the System as may be reasonably necessary for its operation, maintenance or repair.
The Purchaser shall not unreasonably withhold or delay issuance of a Certificate of Commercial Acceptance, a Certificate of Provisional Acceptance or a Certificate of Final Acceptance.
The Purchaser shall issue a Certificate of Commercial Acceptance in accordance with the provisions of Sub-Article 9(D)(1).
Each Certificate of Commercial Acceptance shall have annexed to it a mutually agreed list of all outstanding items to be completed by the Contractor.

The issuance of a Certificate of Commercial Acceptance with respect to a Segment or System Upgrade shall in no way relieve the Contractor from its obligation to provide a Segment or System Upgrade conforming with the Performance Requirements at the time of the issuance of a Certificate of Commercial Acceptance.
