  • You will ensure that the Electronic Commerce Facilities comply with the operating and security standards as set by us and Payment Card Networks from time to time.

  • Cardholders may pay for merchandise or services with a Charge Card or Other Card by means of the Electronic Commerce Facilities.

  • The Master Merchant acknowledges and agrees that it may be charged for the Bank's costs in inspecting and certifying changes that the Bank did not require be made to the security standards of the Electronic Commerce Facilities.
