Commencing Construction definition

Commencing Construction means starting to remove vegetation or disturb the soil located at the site.
Commencing Construction means Landlord has commenced work pursuant to a building permit for work defined in the construction documents for the renovation of the shell and core of the Building.
Commencing Construction means Landlord has acquired the Air Rights and has commenced work pursuant to a building permit for work defined in the construction documents for the Building.
