Commencement Order definition

Commencement Order means the order the Court entered on June 28, 2010 entitled Amended Order Upon Commencement of Chapter 9 Case Establishing Certain Deadlines and Notice of Commencement of Case, of the Automatic Stay and of the Order for Relief.
Commencement Order means an order under section 32(2).
Commencement Order means order to start the work, which includes construction, operation & Maintenance of the Project.
