  • Subject to Paragraph 8(b)(xiii) hereof, no failure to give possession on the Anticipated Commencement Date or Effective Date, as the case may be, shall in any way effect the obligations of Tenant hereunder, provided that the Commencement Date (but not the Expiration Date) shall be extended for the period from the Anticipated Commencement Date set forth in Paragraph 1(e) hereof until the actual Commencement Date.
