Comity Applicant definition
Comity Applicant means a person who is applying to become a professional surveyor in West Virginia and is currently in possession of a professional surveyor license or certificate of licensure issued by a proper authority of a jurisdiction other than WV.
Comity Applicant means a person who is applying to become a registered PE in West Virginia and is currently in possession of a PE registration or certificate of licensure issued by a proper authority of a jurisdiction other than West Virginia.
