COMIDA definition

COMIDA has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

  • At such time, any defaults or remaining obligations under the COMIDA/DEV1 Lease Agreement or the COMIDA/DEV1 Leaseback Agreement shall be fully and finally settled between COMIDA and the then Lessor without any claim against or involvement of Lessee.
