Combustion Efficiency definition

Combustion Efficiency means the percentage calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Combustion Efficiency or “CE” means a Flare’s efficiency in converting the organic carbon compounds found in Combustion Zone Gas to carbon dioxide. Combustion Efficiency must be determined in accordance with Appendix 1.2.
Combustion Efficiency of a space heater” means a measure of the percentage of heat from the combustion of gas or oil that is transferred to the space being heated or lost as jacket loss, as determined using the applicable test method in section 1604(e) of this Article.
