Combined Software definition

Combined Software means Contractor’s SAVIN360 solution, a replacement system; and The Portal Connector (“TPC”), a public-facing portal.
Combined Software means the combination of Software together with third-party software that are integrated to perform combined operations.
Combined Software means the computer executable embodiment of the Diversinet Software and the AllOne Software as provided to any End User, inclusive of any Upgrades, Major Product Upgrades and any Updates thereto, utilized together and as specified in Exhibits A and B.

Examples of Combined Software in a sentence

  • For Combined Software, the parties will each retain full and exclusive rights to those portions of their respective software that are incorporated into the Combined Software.

  • The Parties agree that Licensor exclusively controls and owns all right, title and interest, including all copyright and other Intellectual Property rights, in and to the X12 Standard and that all right, title, and interest in and to the Publications and Licensed Content (including as may be incorporated into Licensee Software or Combined Software Solutions), including all copyright and other Intellectual Property rights therein, shall remain with Licensor and Publisher, as applicable.

  • FCT Software and the Third Party Software together are the "Combined Software Package".

  • For use of Licensee Software or Combined Software Solutions in any production environment, or , or otherwise for any production use, Licensee must separately purchase from Licensor and Publisher a license that allows for the Licensed Content to be used as may be permitted by the applicable “Commercial Use Partner” or “Internal User Partner” license.

  • Licensee will thereafter have no continuing rights to that OSI Software, whether alone or as part of Combined Software.

  • Licensee will provide its full cooperation and assistance with such audit, including that Licensee agrees to provide a written report, signed by an authorized representative of Licensee, addressing the subject(s) of the audit, which will include, if requested, listing Licensee’s then-current Licensee Software and Combined Software Solutions and the identity of all Authorized Licensee Affiliates and Internal Users.

  • Combined Software will not be a joint work, and on termination of the license to OSI Software included in Combined Software, Licensee's right to use that OSI Software will end, even as part of Combined Software.

  • Licensee is expressly prohibited from using any Licensee Software or Combined Software Solution in any production (i.e., live operational) environment or for any production use (i.e., deployed for active use), whether for processing electronic data interchange transmissions or otherwise.

  • Combined Software will not be a joint work in the meaning of Estonian Copyright Act.

  • You shall not delete or in any manner alter or change any copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices appearing in the Combined Software Package and shall reproduce them on all copies made by or for You.

Related to Combined Software

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
