Combined Payment Amount definition
Combined Payment Amount means an amount equal to $932,000,000 minus (a) the amount of the Base Purchase Price (prior to any adjustment thereto pursuant to Section 1.10) and (b) any Puget Payment Amount or Portland Payment Amount paid to Seller prior to the Final Closing Date.
Combined Payment Amount means an amount equal to $461,000,000 minus the amount of the Base Purchase Price (prior to any adjustment thereto pursuant to Section 1.10).
