Combinable Class definition

Combinable Class. Each Class without an RCR designation in the table in Section 2.02. Depository: The Depository Trust Company of New York, a New York chartered limited purpose trust company, or any successor depository selected or approved by Xxxxxx Xxx.
Combinable Class. With respect to any Series, each Class listed in the related Schedule of Underlying Certificates that is not an RCR Class.
Combinable Class. Each Class listed in the Schedule that is not one of the RCR Classes. Distribution Date: As to any Combinable or RCR Class, the Distribution Date for the Related REMIC Classes.

Examples of Combinable Class in a sentence

  • As to any Combinable Class or RCR Class in any Certificate Group, the REMIC class or classes (or portion thereof) included in the applicable Certificate Group having the same letter designation or designations as the Combinable Class or Classes in such Certificate Group.

  • Any such exchange shall involve the issuance on the books of the Depository to the Holder designating such exchange of Certificates of each Combinable Class included in the such Certificate Group in proportions as nearly as practicable to those necessary to effect a distributional equivalency to the RCR Certificates surrendered for exchange as that described in the initial paragraph of this Section 2.03 in the case of exchanges of Combinable Certificates for RCR Certificates.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall include one Combinable Class having the designation, Initial Authorized Denomination, Interest Rate and Final Distribution Date specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Class and RCR Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • Any such exchange shall involve the issuance on the books of the Depository to the Holder designating such exchange of Certificates of each Combinable Class included in such Certificate Group in respective denominations determined pursuant to the Exchange Ratios set forth in the table in Section 2.02.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into a Combinable Class having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Class and RCR Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • Correspondingly, RCR Certificates included in a Certificate Group may be further designated for exchange for Certificates of the Combinable Class or Classes included in the same Certificate Group in respective denominations determined pursuant to the applicable Exchange Ratios.

  • Correspondingly, RCR Certificates included in a Certificate Group may be further designated for exchange for Certificates of the Combinable Class included in the same Certificate Group in respective denominations determined pursuant to the applicable Exchange Ratios.

Related to Combinable Class

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class F Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Corresponding Classes As to any Lower REMIC Interest identified in Section 2.7, the Class or Classes that are identified in Section 2.7 as corresponding to such Lower REMIC Interest.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Targeted Principal Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

  • Class X Notional Balance With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period) the aggregate principal balance of the regular interests in REMIC 3 as specified in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.
