Column Assembly definition
Column Assembly as used herein, means the column assembly including the integrated column/accelerator tube assembly which basically consists of insulator rings and accelerated electrodes, integrated magnetic field suppression, grading plates, spark gaps and voltage dividing resistors, including without limitation, the configuration sold by HVEE to Genus under the 1996 Supply Agreement.
