Columbo definition

Columbo means a Person that is the subject of a potential strategic opportunity which may be pursued by the Parent or one of its Subsidiaries, as more fully disclosed on or about February 12, 2007 by the Parent to the Administrative Agent and those Lenders who are parties to this Agreement on the Closing Date.1
