Colored paper should not be used for forms substituting for official paper forms unless paper used is of the identical color of an official paper form.
Commercial Paper means, with respect to any Conduit Investor, the promissory notes issued in the commercial paper market by or for the benefit of such Conduit Investor.
First Lien Credit Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.
First Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
Credit Enhancement Agreement means the Agreement among the Sellers, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the Credit Enhancement Provider with respect to the Credit Enhancement.
