Colonel definition

Colonel as used in this Agreement shall mean the Colonel or his/her designee.
Colonel means the agency administrator for the WHP.

Examples of Colonel in a sentence

  • Lieutenants who are on vacation, leave or otherwise unavailable will be responsible for notifying the Major and/or Colonel of their absence and must opt out of weekend coverage pay during that period of time.

  • Compensatory time may not exceed two hundred forty (240) hours and may only be used when authorized by the Major or Colonel.

  • Injuries sustained while performing required patrol duties during extreme weather conditions as determined by the Colonel of the Maine State Police of his/her designee.

  • For purpose of this Contract, seniority shall be defined as a number of years of service with the Colonel ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Schools.

  • The Colonel ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Local Board of Education shall enter into negotiations with the Colonel ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Education Association for the purpose of achieving a signed agreement covering all matters pertaining to or affecting wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment of each employee represented by the CCEA bargaining unit.

  • Unless otherwise notified, teachers employed for service at Colonel ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Local School and possessing a certificate/license better than a temporary grade, at the expiration of the contract, shall rightfully consider themselves reemployed at the same salary plus any increments due him under the salary schedule.
