Colocation Service definition

Colocation Service means the provision of designated space in a data center facility in which Customer rents space for Customer’s servers and other computing hardware. The service might also in- clude cooling, power, dedicated internet connection, and/or physical security and related support. Depending on Customer’s require- ments and space availability, space may range from a single rack- unit or server shelf to locked cabinets and custom-sized cage and/or private suites.
Colocation Service means a non‐exclusive right to install and retain the Colocated Equipment in the Housing Space, granted by LeaseWeb to Customer with effect from the RFS Date for the duration of the Term.
Colocation Service means the provision of area(s) or space(s) including but not limited to any cabinets, cages, suites or rooms as well as the associated power supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, physical security and associated Remote Hands Services;

More Definitions of Colocation Service

Colocation Service means a right to install and retain the Equipment in the Housing Space with effect from the Delivery Date for the duration of the Initial Term. The provision of electrical power, climate control, fire protection, lighting (as specified in the Services Specification), as well as access control and security (as specified in the Policies) at the Datacenter is part of the Colocation Service.

Related to Colocation Service

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.
