Colocation Service definition

Colocation Service means a non-exclusive right to install and retain the Colocated Equipment in the Housing Space, granted by Triplinq to Customer with effect from the RFS Date for the duration of the Term.
Colocation Service means the provision of designated space in a data center facility in which Customer rents space for Customer’s servers and other computing hardware. The service might also in- clude cooling, power, dedicated internet connection, and/or physical security and related support. Depending on Customer’s require- ments and space availability, space may range from a single rack- unit or server shelf to locked cabinets and custom-sized cage and/or private suites.
Colocation Service means the provision of area(s) or space(s) including but not limited to any cabinets, cages, suites or rooms as well as the associated power supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, physical security and associated Remote Hands Services;

  • Following notification by the LFC of completion of Service Order Charge equivalent to 2 months recurring fee for Direct Fibre Access Service Non-recurring Charges for the Central Office and POI Co-location Service are found under Ancillary Charges in Appendix 3.

  • This requirement does not apply to parties that are receiving the Central Office and POI Co-location Service to support the provision to service providers of backhaul out of the Central Office.

  • The parties will act co-operatively and in good faith to facilitate the processes and procedures required for supply of the Central Office and POI Co-location Service.

  • The Central Office and POI Co-location Service described in this Service Description will be available from the date it is launched by the LFC.

  • The LFC will notify the Service Provider of the launch date for the Central Office and POI Co-location Service.
