Colocation Lease definition

Colocation Lease means any lease pursuant to which a member of the Borrower Group leases real property in respect of a Colocation Facility, including without limitation those Colocation Leases listed on Schedule 1.1.B hereto.
Colocation Lease means the long-term lease agreement that the County will enter into with the Colocation Agency during Phase II for the County to convey to the Colocation Agency a leasehold interest in the Colocation Premises in the event the parties enter into the Phase II Funding Agreement and the Project is completed.

Examples of Colocation Lease in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall, and shall cause each member of the Borrower Group to, (a) use reasonable efforts to obtain from the relevant lessors with respect to each Colocation Lease entered into after the Effective Date Landlord Consent and Estoppel Agreements in favor of the Administrative Agent, and (b) report to the Administrative Agent in writing within sixty days after entering into each Colocation Lease after the Closing Date as to the status of such efforts with respect to each Colocation Lease.

  • Where such holding in trust would result in the breach of any Colocation Lease the Vendor and the Purchaser shall make such other arrangements between themselves which will, without giving rise to such a breach, and so far as is practicable, secure rights for the Purchaser equivalent to those it would enjoy from having transferred to it the benefit of the relevant parts of the Colocation Lease with effect from the Transfer Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter.

  • Such use shall be subject to the terms of the relevant Colocation Lease, with which the Purchaser undertakes at all times to comply and to do nothing to cause the Vendor to breach or incur liability thereunder.

Related to Colocation Lease

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Sublease Agreement means that certain Sublease Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2021 by and between the Company and the Agency.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.
