Collocations Services Agreement definition
Collocations Services Agreement shall be extended for an additional term of two years from the date of execution of this contract. At the termination of this agreement, CTI will assign its rights to the POPS under said contract to CNC. CNC may close or acquire any POP during the two year term by paying the net present value (at prime) of the remaining CTI profit on any or all POPS.
