Customer shall pay COMSTOR monthly recurring fees (the "Recurring Fees") which shall include charges for use and equipment storage in the Space (the "Collocation Fees"), as well as cross-connect fees (the "Cross-Connect Fees") and power charges (the "Power Charges"), if applicable.
