Collocated Satellite definition

Collocated Satellite means any new Satellite (i.e., [****] one that has [*****************] launched as of the date of this Agreement), other than successor satellite(s) to previously launched satellites, containing Ku-band capacity that PanAmSat launches or causes to be launched to be in the [*************************] as the Primary Satellite while the Primary Satellite is still in [**********************], or, to the extent that this Section 16.1 survives the termination of this Agreement under clause (f) above, the [**************************] of the Primary Satellite from which Customer [****] the [************] provided under this Agreement. PAS-6B shall not be deemed to be a Successor Satellite or a Collocated Satellite to PAS-6.
Collocated Satellite means any new Satellite (i.e., [***] one that has [***********] launched as of the date of this Agreement), other than successor satellite(s) to previously launched satellites, containing Ku-band capacity that PanAmSat launches or causes to be launched to be in the same Orbital Slot as PAS-5 while PAS-5 is still in [*******************] or, to the extent that this Section 16.1 survives the termination of this Agreement under clause (f) above, the [***********************] of PAS-5 from which Customer [******] the [*************] provided under this Agreement.
Collocated Satellite means any new Satellite (i.e., not one that has already been launched as of the date of this Agreement), other than successor satellite(s) to previously launched satellites, containing Ku-band capacity that PanAmSat launches or causes to be launched to be in the same Orbital Slot as PAS-XX while PAS-XX is still in commercial service, or, to the extent that this Section 16.1 survives the termination of this Agreement under clause (f) above, the last orbital location of PAS-XX from which Customer used the capacity provided under this Agreement.

Examples of Collocated Satellite in a sentence

  • PAS-6B shall not be deemed to be a Successor Satellite or a Collocated Satellite to PAS-6.

  • For purposes of this Section 16.1, the term "Collocated Satellite" shall mean any [***] Satellite (i.e., [***] one that has [******] launched as of the date of this Agreement), other than successor satellite(s) to previously launched satellites, [***] Filed separately with the Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment.

  • Title to the [***] Transponders shall not be conveyed to Buyer and Buyer shall not be entitled to any right of [***] or Substitute Capacity in connection with any failure of the [***] Transponders to perform, whether before or after their requested use, nor shall any right to [***] Transponders be required to be implemented with respect to any "Successor Satellite" or "Collocated Satellite," each as defined below.

Related to Collocated Satellite

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Spacecraft (7 9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.

  • Emergency generator means any generator of which the sole function is to provide emergency backup power during an interruption of electrical power from the electric utility. An emergency generator does not include:

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Terminals means, collectively (a) the Initial Terminals; and (b) any other terminals, storage facilities, wharfage, tankage and loading racks owned or leased by any Loan Party that are used in the Business.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • wind turbine generator or “WTG” means a structure comprising a tower, rotor with three blades connected at the hub, nacelle and ancillary electrical and other equipment which may include J-tube(s), transition piece, access and rest platforms, access ladders, boat access systems, corrosion protection systems, fenders and maintenance equipment, helicopter landing facilities and other associated equipment, fixed to a foundation;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
