Collision Towing means the towing of a vehicle disabled as the result of a collision. Collision towing does not include the towing of a vehicle as a result of mechanical failure, an impairment, a police seizure, a vehicle fire not involving a collision, or other similar cause. Examples of Collision Towing in a sentence

  • The lien also extends to cover all monies owing by the Owner to Remote Hire and Sales Pty Ltd, not just the money owing in respect to the Towing and Related Services performed by Accident Transport Pty Ltd trading as Collision Towing & Recovery or the Towing Contractor since Accident Transport Pty Ltd trading as Collision Towing & Recovery or the Towing Contractor who last obtained possession of the Vehicle.
