Colliers Litigation means those Actions as more particularly set out in Schedule B (Part 1) hereto;

  • Pending Litigation means a proceeding in a court of law whose activity is in progress but not yet completed.

  • Transaction Litigation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(d).
