Collegiate Team definition
Collegiate Team means the members of the resident staff of the Colleges and includes the Manager, the Coordinator, the Senior Resident Advisors and Resident Advisors of each College;

Partial prepayments of Swingline Loans shall be in an aggregate principal amount of $100,000 or a whole multiple thereof.
