Any funds not used beyond the second year will revert to the general College fund.
The Treasurer will report monthly to the Board of Trustees on all investments, by College fund, financial institution, investment amount, interest rate, maturity date and other pertinent information deemed necessary.
If no such written agreement can be obtained, the funds will remain with the Skagit County Treasurer, to be disbursed upon request of the College for the purposes set forth in this Agreement, which may include disbursements to a designated College fund from which the College may make payments of Operating Expenses – PACC/SVC only.
