Collector Software definition

Collector Software means a network profiling software tool provided by Cisco, which runs on the Collector Hardware, used for the purposes of collecting information relating to installed Cisco device configuration and inventory during the period of the Service.

Examples of Collector Software in a sentence

  • Customer may receive access to third-party software programs (“Third- Party Programs”) through the Collector Software, and/or third-party programs may be bundled with the Collector Software.

  • Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we hereby grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free (apart from the fees paid to LogicMonitor for the Services), non- transferable license to download, install and use the Collector Software (in object code form) onto your network for internal business purposes for the sole purpose of using the LogicMonitor Service.

  • The Collector Software may grant the Customer access to third-party software programs and SaaS Platforms ("Third-Party Programs"), and such programs may also come included with the Collector Software.

  • Change in Control Severance Plan (the “Plan”) is an expanded, and in certain areas an amended, version of the Change in Control Agreement adopted by the Company’s Board of Directors on August 30, 2006.

  • Subscriber shall not have remedies under this SLA to the extent that any SLA claim is derived from the failure of less than all instances of the installed Collector Software; i.e. if Subscriber has four (4) instances of the Collector Software installed, and 1 of 4 instances of the Collector Software remains functioning, there is no SLA claim.

  • Support for Hardware Appliances is provided pursuant to Armis’ standard support services, as described in the Documentation, which may require installation of a Current Release Collector Software.

  • In addition to the restrictions stated in Section 2.10 of these Terms, Customer will not, and will not permit any third party to: (i) rent or lease Hardware Appliances, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Armis in writing; or (ii) transfer or copy the Collector Software within the Hardware Appliance to, or use the SaaS Software on, any other product or device.

Related to Collector Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
