Collective Rules definition

Collective Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.10(c) of Schedule 8.1.
Collective Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13.

Examples of Collective Rules in a sentence

  • All Collective Rules and Labour Contracts have been managed and implemented by the Seller in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Exhibit K sets forth a complete and accurate list of all of the collective rules applicable to the Transferred Personnel as of the date hereof (the "Collective Rules").
