Collective Group means, collectively, each Borrower and each SPE Constituent Entity.

Collective Group as used in this Agreement shall refer to each of the groups of entities represented in this Agreement by the following defined terms: Borrower and Principal. The obligations and liabilities of each Individual Borrower shall be joint and several.

• This obligation means, among other things, that Executive may not use the Collective Group’s trade secrets, whether directly or indirectly or on behalf of Executive or others, to attempt to call on, solicit, or obtain business from any actual or prospective client, customer, or business partner of the Company or any of the Collective Group, including without limitation any Customer (as such term is defined below), other than for authorized Collective Group business activities.

Collective Group as used in this Agreement shall refer to each of the groups of entities represented in this Agreement by the following defined terms: Mortgage Borrower, Mezzanine B Borrower and Guarantor. The obligations and liabilities of each Individual Borrower shall be joint and several. Nothing in this Section 10.23 shall be deemed to create any liability (joint, several or otherwise) on the part of (i) any Individual Borrower in respect of any amounts outstanding under the Mortgage Loan or the Mezzanine B Loan, (ii) any Mortgage Borrower in respect of any amounts outstanding under the Loan or the Mezzanine B Loan, or (iii) any Mezzanine B Borrower in respect of any amounts outstanding under the Loan or the Mortgage Loan.

Collective Group as used in this Agreement shall refer to each of the groups of entities represented in this Agreement by the following defined terms: Mortgage Borrower, Mezzanine A Borrower, Mezzanine C Borrower and Guarantor. Collective Group means any labor union, works council, or other organizations or groups representing or purporting or attempting to represent any TUPE Transferring Employees.
