Collective Database definition

Collective Database. Means this Database in unmodified form as part of a collection of independent databases in themselves that together are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Database will not be considered a Derivative Database.
Collective Database means a database comprising of GP Practice Data aggregated with other GP Practice Data or other data generated by us and/or received from a third party assembled into a collective database under which no individual GP practices is identified as the source of any particular data.

Examples of Collective Database in a sentence

  • Creating and Using a Produced Work does not require the notice in Section 4.2. However, if you Publicly Use a Produced Work, You must include a notice associated with the Produced Work reasonably calculated to make any Person that uses, views, accesses, interacts with, or is otherwise exposed to the Produced Work aware that Content was obtained from the Database, Derivative Database, or the Database as part of a Collective Database, and that it is available under this License.

  • To the extent the Collective Database, or any components thereof, is made available to Plaintiff’s Counsel in whole or in part pursuant to this Agreement, Plaintiff’s Counsel also shall hold the Collective Database and components thereof in the strictest confidence, and only disclose the same in whole or in part as expressly permitted under this Agreement.

  • The Collective Database shall not be shared with or disclosed to anyone not expressly authorized and permitted under this Agreement.

  • In the event those efforts are unsuccessful in delivering the Notice Packet to such person, then the Settlement Claims Administrator shall attempt to make contact with the person via telephone using the phone number provided in the Collective Database (if any) and/or other telephone number located for the person in order to obtain their current mailing address or personal e-mail address.

  • The calculation of all workweeks pursuant to this Paragraph shall be based on the Collective Database.

  • All parties shall have full access to all information relating to claims administration, other than the Collective Database, unless otherwise specified herein.

  • The Collective Database and any derivative list created therefrom will be held in the strictest confidence by the Settlement Claims Administrator and only used and disclosed in whole or in part as expressly permitted under this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Persons who have received the Database, the whole or a Substantial part of the Data, Derivative Databases, or the Database as part of a Collective Database from You under this Licence will not have their licences terminated provided their use is in full compliance with this Licence or a licence granted under Section 4.7 of this Licence.

  • Further, if the Collective Database, or any components thereof, is made available to Plaintiff’s Counsel in whole or in part pursuant to this Agreement, Plaintiff’s Counsel will not use the same in whole or in part in any way inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Persons who have received the Database, the whole or a Substantial part of the Contents, Derivative Databases, or the Database as part of a Collective Database from You under this License will not have their licenses terminated provided their use is in full compliance with this License or a license granted under Section 4.8 of this License.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.
