Collections Ledger definition

Collections Ledger means the ledger maintained by the Master Servicer in accordance with the Servicing Agreement which will:
Collections Ledger means the ledger maintained by the Cash Manager on behalf of the Issuer which records all Collections Receipts received by the Issuer and distribution of the same in accordance with the Pre-Enforcement Priority of Payments, Post-Event of Default Priority of Payments or the Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments (as applicable);

  • The Receivables Trustee shall hold all amounts allocated to the Principal Collections Ledger and the Finance Charge Collections Ledger on an undivided basis on trust for the benefit of the Undivided Bare Trust beneficiaries.

  • The Receivables Trustee shall, from time to time, promptly upon their identification, allocate amounts identified as representing Principal Collections to the Principal Collections Ledger and amounts identified as representing Finance Charge Collections and Acquired Interchange to the Finance Charge Collections Ledger.

  • The Receivables Trustee shall hold all amounts allocated to the Series 2007-1 Finance Charge Collections Ledger on a Segregated Bare Trust for the benefit of the Series 2007-1 Investor Beneficiary.

  • In relation to (1) above, all such amounts credited to the Series 2019-1 Finance Charge Collections Ledger shall (if so instructed by the Trust Manager) be invested by the Trustee in Permitted Investments.
