Collection Systems definition

Collection Systems means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating and disposing of sewage.

  • The County has no material liabilities or obligations of any type (whether accrued, contingent, unliquidated or otherwise and regardless of when asserted) arising out of or which could reasonably be expected to arise out of any acts or omissions relating to the County or the ownership or operations of the Facilities, the Wastewater Collection Systems or the other Purchased Assets at or prior to the date hereof, or at or prior to the Closing Date, other than liabilities set forth on Schedule 4.12.

  • After the Closing Date, the Buyer and its Affiliates will be the sole judge of the number, identity and qualifications of the employees necessary for the conduct of the operations of the Facilities, the Wastewater Collection Systems and the other Purchased Assets and reserves the right to take any personnel action it deems necessary or appropriate with respect to the Hired Employees.

  • To the County's Knowledge, the Permits listed in Schedule 2.1(f) are all of the Permits necessary for the County to conduct the operations of the Facilities, the Wastewater Collection Systems and the other Purchased Assets as currently conducted.

  • Employees assigned to the Wastewater Collection Systems Division of the Department of Public Works shall be issued four (4) uniforms annually.
