Collection Parcel definition
Collection Parcel means a parcel of real estate as shown on the Property Valuation Administrator's maps, consisting of a tract of land, with improvements that are occupied and can be served by a curb side collection of household waste through a cart. There may be only one collection per parcel of real estate as shown on the property valuation administrator's maps.

Limited rear door pick-up will be allowed at no additional charge for residents who have submitted sufficient proof of a physical disability to the City and the City has approved rear-door pick up for that collection site.
