Collection Kits definition

Collection Kits means the sample collection and sample transport supplies intended for the collection and transport of human thyroid FNA samples for the Test, which may include, without limitation, collection tubes with preservation solution, slide holders, and sample shipment materials, as may be determined by Veracyte from time to time in a manner consistent with applicable laws and Marketing Authorizations. For the avoidance of doubt, Collection Kits do not include syringes, needles or other devices for sample aspiration from patients or any other materials intended to come in physical contact with patients.

Collection Kits means the Co-Branded [***] collection kits supplied by Inivata which are utilized for the conduct of the Product Laboratory Services.

Examples of Collection Kits in a sentence

  • Such replacement or credit shall be ChemTrak's sole responsibility and obligation to Selfcare for nonconforming Sample Collection Kits.

  • Sample Collection Kits not rejected by written notification to ChemTrak within sixty (60) days after receipt by Selfcare shall be deemed to have been accepted.

  • ChemTrak shall only be obliged to incur expenses under Section 3.1 (Regulatory Assistance), Section 3.3, Article 4 (Supply of Sample Collection Kits) and Article 9 (Intellectual Property), subject to reimbursement of certain expenses by Selfcare as provided in such sections.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ChemTrak shall use diligent efforts to supply Selfcare, and Selfcare shall purchase from ChemTrak, Selfcare's requirements of Sample Collection Kits in such quantities as Selfcare shall order pursuant to this Article 4.

  • All Sample Collection Kits supplied by ChemTrak shall conform to specifications to be agreed upon by the parties in accordance with applicable Regulatory Approvals.

  • Beginning thirty (30) days after receipt of the first Regulatory Approval for HIV Products in the Territory, and on the first day of each calendar quarter thereafter, Selfcare shall furnish to ChemTrak a nonbinding rolling twelve (12)-month forecast of its anticipated purchases of Sample Collection Kits and sales of HIV Products for each country in the Territory.

  • All payments for Sample Collection Kits shall be due within forty-five (45) days after the date of Selfcare's receipt of a confirmed faxed copy of ChemTrak's invoice and confirmed shipment for such Sample Collection Kits.

  • ChemTrak warrants that the Sample Collection Kits supplied by ChemTrak under this Agreement will be of merchantable quality and will strictly conform to the Sample Collection Kit specifications mutually agreed to by the parties.

  • All Sample Collection Kits will be shipped by ChemTrak freight collect, or if prepaid, such freight will be subsequently billed to Selfcare.

  • Selfcare shall also have the obligation to complete testing, report results and provide counseling services for any customers to whom Selfcare has sold Sample Collection Kits.

Related to Collection Kits

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Collections means, with respect to any Receivable, all cash collections and other cash proceeds in respect of such Receivable, including, without limitation, all yield, Finance Charges or other related amounts accruing in respect thereof and all cash proceeds of Related Security with respect to such Receivable.

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;
