Collection Depot definition

Collection Depot a collection depot as referred to in the Netherlands Giro Securities Transfer Act; "Netherlands Giro Securities Transfer Act" : the Netherlands Giro Securities Transfer Act of 8 June 1977, comprising provisions concerning giro securities transfer, as in force on the date of these General Programme Provisions and also any future changes;
Collection Depot means a collection depot operated by our Subcontractor, being the location nominated by our Subcontractor, from which the Nominated Recipient and/or you (as the case may be) must collect a Parcel before it becomes an Undeliverable Parcel, and includes the Pick-up Points;
Collection Depot means a location for the collection of recyclable material, such as glass, paper, cardboard, metal cans, plastic, grass, or leaves in containers and in a location acceptable to the City Engineer.
