Collateralised Account definition

Collateralised Account means an Account held by Swisscard which benefits or originally benefited from Account Security (i.e. security granted for the benefit of and/or to Credit Suisse taking the form of either (i) third party (bank) guarantees issued for the benefit of Credit Suisse and/or (ii) assets held by the Cardholders with Credit Suisse that are pledged to Credit Suisse).

Examples of Collateralised Account in a sentence

  • You may only withdraw from your Collateralised Account any Collateral for the time being deposited into your Collateralised Account(s) provided that such withdrawal does not exceed the aggregate of your Outstanding Balance and any sums due under your Outstanding Purchase Position(s).

  • This Paragraph 3 (Collateralised Accounts) shall be applicable to your Collateralised Account (if any) in addition to and not in derogation from this Agreement.

Related to Collateralised Account

  • Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.20.11.
