Collateral Trust Indenture definition

Collateral Trust Indenture means the Indenture of Trust, Mortgage, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing (BR-1), dated as of the Closing Date, between the Owner Lessor and the Indenture Trustee, in substantially the form of Exhibit I to the Participation Agreement.
Collateral Trust Indenture means the Collateral Trust Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1997, among Lessee, the Funding Corporation and the Collateral Trust Trustee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and of the Participation Agreement.
