Collateral Tests definition

Collateral Tests means each of the Borrowing Base Test, the Coverage Tests and the Weighted Average FMV Test. “Collection Account” is defined in Section 5.3(a).

  • Borrowing Base Test means as of any date, a determination that (a) the lesser of (i) the Borrowing Base and (ii) the Facility Amount shall be equal to or greater than (b) the Advances Outstanding.
