Collateral Registry definition
Collateral Registry means the Registry established in accordance with section eleven;
Collateral Registry or “Registry” means the system established in terms of section 4 to facilitate registration of notices of security interests in movable property and realisation of such interests in the event of a default;

Collateral Registry means an electronic system for receiving, storing and making accessible to the public information about security rights and non- consensual rights in movable property;
