Collateral Receivables definition

Collateral Receivables means Receivables, to the extent included in the definition of “Collateral”.
Collateral Receivables means all amounts which are owed by Cardholders under the Credit Card Accounts from time to time including, without limitation, any amounts owing for the payment of goods and services and for cash advances, annual membership fees, over limit fees, late payment fees, periodic finance charges, and any other fee, expense or charge of every nature, kind and description.
Collateral Receivables means Receivables generated by the Azul Fidelidade Program, the Azul Viagens Business or the Azul Cargo Business and receivables records relating thereto.

Examples of Collateral Receivables in a sentence

  • In connection with all calculations required to be made pursuant to this Agreement with respect to any payments on any other assets included in the Collateral, with respect to the sale of and reinvestment in Collateral Receivables, and with respect to the income that can be earned on any other amounts that may be received for deposit in the Canadian Collection Account or the U.S. Collection Account, as applicable, the provisions set forth in this Section 1.04 shall be applied.

  • The Weekly Report shall contain an updated Data Tape, with current information on Delinquent Collateral Receivables and Defaulted Collateral Receivables.

  • The Company shall make mandatory payments to the Holder as the funds become available from the Interactive Communications payment ("Collateral Receivables").

  • Receivables owns good and marketable title to the Collateral Receivables, free and clear of all security interests, liens, claims and encumbrances, other than those granted pursuant to the Loan Agreement.

  • Continue to administer and service the Credit Card Accounts and Collateral Receivables in accordance with the Borrower's usual policies and procedures, and with the same exercise of care and diligence as it exercises and has exercised with all of its credit card portfolios.

  • The Borrower has not, and to the knowledge of Borrower all prior owners of the Collateral Receivables and Credit Card Accounts have not, failed to comply with all material Requirements of Law.

  • Agent at all times shall have the right to access and review any and all Portfolio Documents and any and all data and other information relating to Collateral Receivables as may from time to time be input to or stored within the Borrower’s computers and/or computer records including, without limitation, diskettes, tapes and other computer software and computer systems.
