In connection with any sale of the Collateral Merchandise from Filene’s premises, all advertising with respect to such sale shall be subject to the prior approval of Filene’s (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld and given promptly so as not to unreasonably delay the exercise of Supplier’s Lender’s rights).

The BCH Parties shall not use the Licensed Citigold ▇▇▇▇ on or in connection with any Collateral Merchandise Materials, whether solely for internal use, for distribution free of charge to any existing or prospective customer of the Authorized Services, or for distribution or sale to any other Person.
