Collateral Event Bond definition

Collateral Event Bond means any Underlying Asset in respect of which a Collateral Event has been determined by the Determination Agent in good faith and in its sole discretion.

Related to Collateral Event Bond

  • Collateral Event means that no Relevant Entity has credit ratings at least equal to the Approved Ratings Threshold.

  • Collateral Event of Default has the meaning set forth in Section 13.01(b).

  • Counterparty Downgrade Collateral Account means an interest-bearing account of the Issuer with the Custodian into which all Counterparty Downgrade Collateral is to be deposited.

  • Collateral Call means a notice to a Participant that additional Collateral, or possibly early payment, is required in order to remain in, or to regain, compliance with Tariff, Attachment Q.

  • Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.
