Examples of Collateral Contracts in a sentence

  • From and after the expiration of the Study Period, this Agreement and the Collateral Contracts (collectively, the “Inland Contracts”) shall be enforced independent of each other and any failure of a condition precedent or default by one party under any of the Inland Contracts shall not impact either party’s obligation under the balance of the Inland Contracts.
