Collateral Allocation definition

Collateral Allocation means with respect to any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to Default Amounts and Finance Charge Receivables at any time or Principal Receivables during the Revolving Period, the Collateral Floating Allocation, and (b) with respect to Principal Receivables during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, the Collateral Fixed Allocation.
