collaborative study definition

collaborative study means analysing the same sample(s) by using the same method to determine performance characteristics of the method in different laboratories, where the study allows to calculate the random measurement error and laboratory bias for the method used;
collaborative study. A study in which two or more institutions coordinate, with each institution completing a portion of the research activities outlined in a specific protocol.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Collaboration means the communication and decision-making process among health care providers

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
